INTERVIEW: JEREMY CALLAGHAN
Australian actor Jeremy Callaghan received his
drama degree from the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts
followed by a career on stage plus accomplishments in international
TV series and films. The Australian Film Institute nominated him for
Best Actor in a Leading Role in a Television Drama in 1993. His
recent films include "The Great Raid," a World War II drama
co-starring Joseph Fiennes and James Franco. Jeremy now writes about
architecture and works with his wife, photographer Gaelle Le Boulicaut
(www.gaelleleboulicaut.com). Their clients include the European edition of ELLE DECOR
magazine. Jeremy visited the South and Rowan Oak, William Faulkner's
home. He speaks about how a sense of place influences art and he
compares the work of Southern writers to the great writers of
Australia including Tim Winton, Patrick White and Dorothy Hewett.
